LUDUS is led by Néstor Serra, a Personal Trainer with more than 30 years of experience in the sector, trainer of physical activity and health professionals and chosen as the best trainer in Spain in 2016.
Either individually or in group sessions reduced, at LUDUS you have different training methods, systems and concepts that adapt and adjust to the needs of our students and athletes.
As main axes we have: - TACFIT: training designed by the United States government, initially focused on the preparation of special intervention corps and structured at different levels of complexity to be able to adapt to any person, environment or situation.
The goal is to improve in three variables: movement control, recovery, and stress management.
- Hypopressive RSF: the Hypopressive method created by Marcel Caufriez is divided into two large groups, the GAH, focused on therapy, and the RSF, focused on fitness and sport.
At LUDUS BCN we are a reference center for the RSF, counting among our instructors the best specialists in performance and health related to intra-abdominal pressure.
- 3x10 method: body composition is the eternally pending subject of people.
We have specialized beyond weight loss, considering in our health work plans the factor of the permanence of the physical and metabolic changes that are generated in our body.
The 3x10 is not only a drastic change program, it is also a new way of understanding health and life, learning and establishing values ​​and habits that will remain with us over time.
- Strength 6: strength is the basis of movement, performance and health.
If we want to be prepared for any action we want to do, we must first train strength and stability in the 6 basic human movements: hip hinge, triple flexion, horizontal push and pull, and vertical push and pull.
With this training we prepare our students, we improve them, in these 6 movements, and thus provide themselves with the necessary base for these actions
